Hypnotherapy

This is the use of hypnosis as a therapeutic technique. You will experience a deep relaxation where your subconscious mind experiences an enhanced awareness.

The therapist will make positive suggestions, overriding your critical mind, assisting you to make the changes you desire. You will not be “put to sleep”.

You will remain conscious and in absolute control at all times.

Psychotherapy

Uses a variety of psychological techniques along with more traditional talking therapies.

This will be a collaborative relationship between you and your therapist to openly discuss any issues and use different techniques to work towards resolve and positive change.

Counselling

Counselling is a talking therapy. Within a confidential and safe environment you will be able to talk about how you are feeling.

Your therapist will listen and ask questions to encourage you to explore further.

NLP – (neuro linguistic programming)

Using a range of techniques to improve personal development. It’s all about becoming the best that you can be, whether that is increasing self confidence or removing phobias, amongst other things.

You will learn a variety of strategies to change how you think, behave and respond to certain situations in order to become a more resourceful you.

Coaching

Helps you explore different ways of doing things.

By asking questions about what you want and how to get it your therapist will encourage you to learn from within rather than being taught.

Regression

Used in Hypnotherapy.

Regression looks to establish a past event that is effecting your present and future. Identifying and understanding it’s effects can have a significant impact on your ability to work through difficulties and move forward in a more positive way.

Analytical Hypnotherapy

During a deep sense of relaxation your therapist will assist you to explore causes of present problems that you may not be consciously aware of.

You can then work to remove the unwanted effects.

Colour analysis

Your preference to colours at certain times can measure your current state of mind.

This is an indicator of what is important to you, which areas you may need to work on and what may be causing any blocks to moving forward or any unwanted behaviours.
